Our Canteen is open Monday thru Friday from 10:30 AM until 1:00 AM or until there is not enough customers to warrant remaining open. 

On Saturday we open at 2:00 PM and will close at 1:00 AM or until there is not enough customers to warrant remaining open.

Our kitchen is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM serving the lunch menu and at 4:00 PM for the evening menu.

LUNCH MENU:  BLT, Breaded or Grilled Tenderloin, Chili Dog, Hamburger, Cheeseburger,  Chef Salad, House Salad, Chicken Tenders, Fried Chicken Salad, Freedom Fries, Grilled Cheese, Grilled Ham & Cheese,  BBQ Riblet, Smoked Sausage, Onion Rings, Patty Melt, Pizza, Breaded Mushrooms, plus our chef’s daily lunch specials.

EVENING MENU:  12” Pizza, Jalapeno Poppers, Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Chicken Fingers, Onion Rings, Fried Mushrooms, Fried Cauliflower, Freedom Fries, Combo Tray (Mushrooms, Cheese Sticks, Poppers, Chicken Fingers, Onion Rings, Cauliflower)

Drink specials include $1.25 domestic caned beer on Mondays and Thursdays.  Well Margaritas $2.25 on Thursdays.

Monthly specials include all-you-can-eat Spaghetti Supper the first  Thursday of every month from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

We have a computer kiosk set up for patrons of the Canteen to use to access the internet.  This is a free service, and printing is available for $0.25 per page.
